Samson Dubina has created two videos showing how to setup your PP5000/Omega robot and create drills via the app.

Tom Lodziak has created a fantastic guide to the Power Pong Omega including videos showing how to set up the robot, use the app, and create your own custom drills.

Attila Malek has also made a video demonstrating how to setup your PP2001/Alpha or PP3001/Delta robot and program your first drill. Most customers find watching it to be the quickest and simplest way to get their new robot up and running.

Below, you'll also find a selection of PDF downloads containing additional information you may find helpful for your particular model.

Operation Manuals:

And if you have purchased our Power Pong 5000 or Omega table tennis robots, you can find the download links for our iOS and Android apps here. Our app is not only the best on the market, but our developers are continuously working on new developments.

Here are a few other important pieces of information...

  1. PLEASE REMEMBER TO WASH ANY NEW TABLE TENNIS BALLS IN WARM SOAPY WATER (TO REMOVE THE NEW BALL DUST) BEFORE USING THEM IN YOUR ROBOT.
  2. You can twist the feet on the support legs to adjust for thicker or thinner tabletop surfaces. This adjustment ensures the robot is level.
  3. There is a protective film over the screen of the tablet. This can be removed.
  4. You'll find a selection of pre-programmed drills inside the Power Pong app. These may need to be tweaked slightly depending on the balls used. For example, newer/harder balls will perform slightly differently in the robot than older/softer balls. Creating the perfect ball always involves finding the ideal combination between speed, spin, and trajectory. You can also adjust the performance of your robot via the calibration feature inside the settings.

If you have any questions at all regarding the setup or operation of your Power Pong robot please send us an email.

Thanks again for your order,
